Just over a year ago two Jacksonville, FL based entrepreneurs, Traci Irven of Team1Service Cleaning and Hospitality (http://www.team1servicecleaning.com) and Next Level Cleaning (http://www.nextlvlcleaningjax.com) sat in a joint strategy meeting with E3 National Director Anthony Butler, Sr. They listened, open minded to an idea which Mr. Butler believed would expand their individual market base, increase their brand recognition, while opening up new opportunities for joint contracts. With 12 and 6 years of experience collectively each had their own stories of working with others. Yet these two business owners did what others may have not, they looked at the bigger picture and extended trust to the other.
The results have been greater than anyone could have hoped. “I knew Traci and Antanius were a good fit business wise and hoped they would get along as business peers.” states Butler “What they have done in growing their brands and businesses is a testament to embracing the E3 philosophy of Educate, Encourage, and Empower. They have taught me!” Both companies have gained new opportunities and made history as being the first presenters on Cooperative Economics for entrepreneurs at the E3Xpo 2015 held in February of this year. Both companies continue to share opportunities, advice and resources with each other, a methodology of E3 called SOAR and are slated to be a sponsor of E3Xpo 2016.
